Our commitment

Discreet Ketamine wants every patient to be able to learn about our care, check their eligibility, enroll, and manage their treatment online. That includes people who are blind or have low vision, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and people who navigate by keyboard, voice, or switch devices.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working standard for this website.

What we do

  • We test our public pages with automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks (axe-core) and fix what they find.
  • We provide alternative text for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
  • We keep text and interactive elements at or above the WCAG minimum color-contrast ratios.
  • We make sure pages can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • We review accessibility again when we make significant changes to the site.

Known limitations

Some parts of our service are provided by third parties, including card payment (Stripe) and video visits (Whereby). We choose vendors that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we do not control their interfaces. If one of these steps does not work for you, contact us and we will help you complete it another way.

Feedback and help

If you run into a barrier anywhere on this site, please tell us. Let us know the page and what happened, and we will work with you to get you the information or service you need.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days.
